David Green b0b1a11305 [AArch64] Add libcall for fp128 pow/log/sin/cos/etc. 
As with other operations, this adds libcall support for fp128 G_FPOW,
G_FLOG/G_FEXP/etc, and G_FSIN/G_FCOS/etc operations.
