Serguei Katkov 44f0d7f136 Revert "[Codegen/Statepoint] Allow usage of registers for non gc deopt values." 
This reverts commit a0275705bb.

It causes buildbot failures building LLVM with BUILD_SHARED_LIBS due to a linker error.
