Duncan P. N. Exon Smith db53d99d02 AMDGPU: Avoid looking for the DebugLoc in end() ...

The end() iterator isn't a safe thing to dereference.  Pass the DebugLoc
into EmitFetchClause and EmitALUClause to avoid it.
