Rahul Joshi 29fd76777d [NFC][TableGen] Create valid Dag in VarLenCodeEmitter (#140283) 
- Set the Dag ArgNames correctly when normalizing the Dag for slice.
- Add unit test to exercise the "slice" hi/lo swap case.
