Carl Ritson c07f2025e4 [AMDGPU] Restrict image_msaa_load to MSAA dimension types ...

This instruction is only valid on 2D MSAA and 2D MSAA Array
surfaces.  Remove intrinsic support for other dimension types,
and block assembly for unsupported dimensions.
