Simon Atanasyan 3c840e3c00 [MIPS] Recognize DT_MIPS_XHASH dynamic table tag ...

LLVM tools do not emit `DT_MIPS_XHASH` dynamic table tag. But now
`llvm-objdump` and `llvm-readelf` recognize this tag and print it.
