Mike Rice 58df1affed [clang-cl, PCH] Support for /Yc and /Yu without filename and #pragma hdrstop ...

With clang-cl, when the user specifies /Yc or /Yu without a filename
the compiler uses a #pragma hdrstop in the main source file to
determine the end of the PCH. If a header is specified with /Yc or
/Yu #pragma hdrstop has no effect.

The optional #pragma hdrstop filename argument is not yet supported.

Very ugly when the chained PCH includes all that std stuff, as the errors were effectively the same as not including std headers.

Updating the capability attribute diagnostics to be more capability-neutral. Instead of using terminology such as "lock", "unlock" and "locked", the new terminology is "acquire", "release" and "held". Additionally, the capability attribute's name argument is now reported as part of the diagnostic, instead of hard coding as "mutex."
