Craig Topper e35fbf5c04 [MachineCopyPropagation] Pass DestSourcePair to isBackwardPropagatableCopy. NFC 
Instead of calling isCopyInstr again, just pass the DestSourcePair
from the isCopyInstr call from the caller.
