Ben Barham cc63ae42d7 [VFS] Rename RedirectingFileSystem::dump to print ...

The rest of LLVM uses `print` for the method taking the `raw_ostream`
and `dump` only for the method with no parameters. Use the same for
`RedirectingFileSystem`.
