Chuanqi Xu 6ed67ccba7 [Coroutines] Remove -fcoroutines-ts ...

Since we decided to remove the support for `-fcoroutines-ts` in
clang/llvm17 and the clang16/llvm16 is branched. So we're going to
remove the `-fcoroutines-ts` option.
