Nikita Popov d5ea3b2f33 [InstCombine] Remove sub of SPF min/max fold (NFCI) 
This isn't necessary anymore, now that we canonicalize SPF min/max
to intrinsics. Might not be strictly NFC due to worklist order
changes.
