Bjorn Pettersson ac696ac453 Use opt -passes=<name> instead of opt -name ...

Updated the RUN line in several test cases to use the new PM syntax
  opt -passes=<pipeline>
instead of the deprecated syntax
  opt -pass1 -pass2
