Adam Balogh bcc662484a [analyzer] Crash fix for alpha.cplusplus.IteratorRange ...

If the non-iterator side of an iterator operation
`+`, `+=`, `-` or `-=` is `UndefinedVal` an assertions happens.
This small fix prevents this.
