NAKAMURA Takumi f0db35b93f [MC/DC] Refactor: Introduce MCDCTypes.h for coverage::mcdc (#81459) ...

They can be also used in `clang`.
Introduce the lightweight header instead of `CoverageMapping.h`.

This includes for now:
* `mcdc::ConditionID`
* `mcdc::Parameters`
