Jonas Devlieghere f2e05855de [lldb] Access the ModuleList through iterators where possible (NFC) ...

Replace uses of GetModuleAtIndexUnlocked and
GetModulePointerAtIndexUnlocked with the ModuleIterable and
ModuleIterableNoLocking where applicable.
